Smoke Control Solutions contributed in delivering 1,575 new high-quality mixed tenure and affordable commercial properties.

This regeneration of community facilities including a new school, park and a continuous ongoing consultation programme ensuring residents can continue to be involved and influence plans for the area and surrounding neighbourhoods.

The development consisted of 2 residential apartment blocks, Block A is a 13 storey and Block B 9 storey development. Block A has a communal lobby and corridor area fitted with a natural AOV smoke ventilation system utilising a smoke shaft for extraction.

Block B has a North and South wing each with communal lobby and corridor areas fitted with natural AOV smoke ventilation systems and both utilising AOV windows for smoke extraction. All 3 AOV systems are utilised for day to day comfort cooling in addition to smoke extraction.
