Smoke Control Solutions Ltd are specialist suppliers and installers of mechanical and natural smoke ventilation systems. With over 25yrs experience we are able to offer a comprehensive service covering installation and commissioning of these specialised systems.
Smoke control provisions are required in most building types and can be incorporated into buildings relatively easily using energy efficient natural ventilation techniques. The systems can also be utilised to provide cooling to communal areas as part of any overheating strategy.

Richard Arnott, Managing Director
Richard is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and developing the organisations’ sales strategies to best position them for emerging opportunities in the industry.
Richard joined us from WindowMaster where he was UK & IE Sales Director. He had overall responsibility for all aspects of sales, marketing, project management and service provision in the UK and Ireland. He brings extensive experience in developing and leading a team from start-up to successful business with a multi-million pound turnover, which he maintained during the tough economic climate within the construction industry.

Phil Hedges
Division Manager
Phil is responsible for the day to day running of Smoke Control Solutions Ltd covering all aspects of the business from initial tender enquiry stage through to completion and handover ensuring each project is managed and completed to meet both programme and budget. Having previously spent 31 years in civil and structural engineering Phil has a full understanding of building design, layouts and smoke ventilation requirements.
